Delete your Esender account

If you signed up with a phone number

Open Esender on your phone, go to Settings, choose Delete account, then confirm. You will be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your number before the account is removed.

1. Open Esender and sign in if needed.
2. Go to Settings (usually from your profile tab).
3. Tap Delete account and read the confirmation.
4. Enter the SMS code to verify and complete deletion.

If you use a username and recovery key

Open Esender, go to Settings, choose Delete account, then enter your current password and recovery key when prompted. This matches the extra check used for password-based anonymous accounts in the app.

1. Open Esender and sign in if needed.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. Enter your password and recovery key to finish.
